Overview

 

Rep Your Box is a locally grown competition that features a "box against box" format. Each team must be made up of people you actually train with at your box hence the name "Rep Your Box." Over the course of a weekend teams will compete in multiple events ranging from maximal lifts, long, short and in between metcons and other workouts that test a team's ability to work together, perform basic to advanced skills, all to see who comes out on top.

We pride ourselves on managing over 400 athletes the past three years and being an event that runs on time and sticks to our schedule. We're sure whether it's your first ever competition or that 6th time you've been competing with us you have a memorable experience that you can't wait to do again next year!
